Shipping

US Orders

We currently use UPS and USPS with tracking for shipping orders within the United States. All orders ship within 7-14 business days.

Domestic packages typically take 3-5 business days to arrive after being shipped.

All orders are assigned tracking info automatically and you will receive a shipment confirmation email as soon as your package is ready to ship. If you don’t see one, please check your spam folder and double check any of your alternate emails that you might have used or were auto-filled at checkout. 

If your package gets lost in transit we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated. If your package requires a signature, we are not responsible for any charges incurred for refused packages, and/or packages requiring signatures that were not picked up from access points in a timely manner. In the case a package is refused and/or returned to us, the fees to re-ship the original package will be invoiced to the customer.

International Orders

At this time, we typically use UPS Standard to ship all international orders. International Shipping fees are a flat rate of $50 for all orders. Packages with overseas destinations can take anywhere from 10-20 business days to arrive after shipping.

If applicable, please be aware of your country’s customs, VAT, or GST charges. It is your responsibility to pay and be aware of your country’s taxes and fees applied to the purchase of international goods. If a package is not claimed because of refusal to pay these fees and it is returned, I will contact you to discuss reshipment options and make new payment arrangements.  


Please note that all orders shipped internationally are final sale.Any taxes and duties due upon delivery are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.


Cancellations & Changes

If you need to make any changes to your order or if you need to cancel it, please contact me within 24hrs of placing your order. I am not able to offer refunds beyond this point as the funds will have already been used to process the prints in your order. 

Returns & Exchanges

All commissioned paintings and prints are final sale.

All goods must be checked upon receipt. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt if you have any questions about the products you have received as we place the highest importance on supplying all orders correctly.

While I don’t accept returns, I do want you to be happy about your purchase! So, please let me know if there is any way I can help you.
